Andean Children

While three trips to Ecuador and one trip to Peru were scheduled around solstice festivals, which gave us the opportunity to photograph children while in costume, we also had much time to photograph children on the streets we walked through. The children were willing to have their picture taken, sometimes their expressions indicated a wariness, or questioning why their photo at that time.
